Kinesio-Taping
Hypo-allergenic, non-latex, stretchy tape that lasts up to 5 days & can be worn while showering, exercising, & swimming. When applied to your skin, the tape has lifting effect on skin & connective tissue to help reduce swelling.

Paraffin Treatment
A paraffin wax "dip" is a soothing treatment in which hands & feet are submerged in a warm mixture of paraffin & mineral oil. This treatment soothes aching joints, improves circulation, & softens rough skin.

Chair Massage
Seated chair massage is an adaptation of massage whereby the recipient is placed in a specialized chair that is designed to support the body and put the patient into a position that helps to release tension and relax muscles. Great for headaches, neck tension, and tight upper or lower back or just to take time to relax for 15 - 30 minutes. Easy to do after a long day at work.
Chair Massages are available Tuesday 3:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m.
Chair Massages are $1.00/minute - Min. 15 minutes - Max 30 minutes
