Appointments / Cancellations
Please understand that your time commitment begins at the moment you reserve a massage. In order to make it fair for everyone, please consider your schedule carefully and don't commit to a time that you feel may be questionable. There are times when a cancellation is, of course, necessary; but please give advanced notice whenever possible. As a courtesy, we make an effort to contact all clients ahead of time with an appointment reminder.
There will be a fee for missed appointments (those not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance). This fee will be based on your session time.
After two missed appointments with no notice, clients will no longer be able to pre-book appointments and will have to call on a daily basis for availability.
We always have a waiting list and can usually fill your slot if we have at least 24hrs. notice.
